How the Family and Portrait Photoshoot Process Works

  • Get in touch: Contact me to check my availability on a date that works best for you. Please fill in the contact form with as many details as possible to help me better understand your vision and preferences.
    I take a limited number of photoshoots each month to ensure the highest quality of service, so it’s best to book well in advance.
  • Photoshoot location: All family and portrait sessions take place in my calm and welcoming home studio in Stanmore, North West London (1 Hilltop Way, HA7 3DB). The studio provides a relaxed and comfortable setting, ideal for capturing genuine expressions and fostering genuine connections.
    It’s conveniently located for families travelling from Harrow, Edgware, Pinner, Bushey, Watford, and nearby areas across London and Hertfordshire.
    Sessions are available by appointment only, Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Phone Consultation: We’ll get to know each other better during our phone consultation and plan your session. We’ll discuss important details, such as outfit options, poses, and your preferred style, to ensure I understand precisely what you’re looking for and confirm that I’m the right photographer for you.
  • Secure Your Booking: Once we’ve discussed your vision, you can secure your session with a £99 non-refundable retainer, which will be deducted from your final order.
  • Choose Your Package: During booking, you’ll choose the package that best suits you – each one includes prints so your favourite images live beyond the screen.
  • The Photoshoot: On the day of the shoot, I’ll ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience, working with you to create images that truly reflect who you are. Hair and makeup services are not included, so come prepared.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance for your session is due at the end of the photoshoot. You can pay by bank transfer, card, or cash.
  • Viewing Your Images: Approximately 4-5 weeks after your photoshoot, you will have access to a private online gallery to view your fully edited images and select your favourites.
  • Ordering Additional Products: You can purchase extra digital files, prints, and wall art separately as à la carte products:
    • Additional high-resolution digital image: £30
    • A detailed price list for additional products is available on the Wall Art page.
    • If narrowing it down feels impossible, you’re not alone – many clients feel the same. That’s why the Full Gallery is the most popular and valuable choice.
    • Full Gallery upgrades and wall art purchases are available with flexible payment options. I’ll provide a secure payment link where you can choose to pay via credit card, PayPal, or Klarna (3 interest-free instalments) – whichever suits you best.
  • Delivery of Your Products: Once you’ve selected your images, you can download your digital files. Your prints and wall art will be delivered to your home within up to 4 weeks.
